Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Tulsa, Oklahoma. This is a Contract-to-permanent position, offering an excellent opportunity for growth and stability. The role involves providing exceptional service to clients while handling administrative tasks such as data entry and paperwork. You will work onsite Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.

Job Responsibility:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to inbound and outbound calls, addressing client inquiries and concerns
  • Provide empathetic and patient support to clients, ensuring their needs are met effectively
  • Perform accurate data entry and paperwork management to maintain organized client records
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate with clients to ensure timely service delivery
  • Handle email correspondence with clients and team members to resolve issues and provide updates
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word to create and update documentation
  • Process order entries and ensure all transactions are recorded accurately
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and maintain client satisfaction
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail while managing multiple tasks
  • Uphold company standards for customer service and professionalism at all times

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment
  • Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls with a focus on client satisfaction
  • Strong data entry skills and familiarity with order processing systems
  • Ability to schedule appointments and manage calendars efficiently
  • Competence in using Microsoft Excel and Word for documentation purposes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including email correspondence
  • Empathy and patience when interacting with clients who have disabilities or special needs
  • Keen attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
