Customer Service Representative

• Provide accurate responses to existing and new members while maintaining the highest level of customer service
• Effectively troubleshoot/resolve telephone/email inquiries using various systems and tools in a timely fashion
• Collaborate with other departments to help solve inquiries

• Strong English communication skills
• Must be able to pass The Federal Government's Enhanced Security Screening
• Must have Strong Computer skills, using multiple screens and systems at the same time. (Multitasking)
• Strong Problem Solving skills
• 2+ years of Customer Service or Call Center Experience Required
• Able to work under pressure
• High School Diploma Required

Any Managerial, banking or finance experience is considered an asset

• Paid 4-6 weeks of training, followed by 2-3 weeks of mentorship
• 3 weeks of Paid Vacation & 3 Paid Personal days
