Job Description

Our company is currently seeking to hire a qualified and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be expected to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring all inquiries, complaints and problems are resolved efficiently.

Job Responsibility

  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries in a polite and professional manner
  • Handling and resolving customer complaints
  • Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests
  • Providing customers with product and service information
  • Documenting customer interactions and transactions, detailing inquiries or complaints as well as actions taken
  • Monitoring customer service team and ensuring all policies and procedures are adhered to
  • Developing and maintaining customer relationships and updating customer databases
  • Performing any other duties as assigned by the management

Requirements

  • 2+ years of customer service experience
  • Proficient in utilizing customer service software, databases and CRM
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to remain calm and courteous in periods of stress
