Job Description:

Associate Customer Service Representative for one of the biggest lines of business in the Philippines, supporting customers through various channels including phone, text, chat, video chat in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Job Responsibility:

Support customers and improve inquiries or issues from customers with empathy regarding financial products and services
Answer inquiries, resolve problems and provide best-in-class customer experience
Interact with team on basic information, plus internal or external customers
Provide banking support and customer service to Wells Fargo clients and answer queries related to their accounts

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree
Excellent English communication skills
Graduate of Banking and Finance, Management, Communication Arts, Commerce, Mathematics or other related courses

Nice to have:
