Job Responsibility:
Engage with customers to address inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide accurate information in a detail-oriented and empathetic manner
Navigate multiple systems and applications simultaneously to ensure efficient handling of customer requests
Identify and troubleshoot issues, offering solutions or escalating matters when necessary to ensure resolution
Accurately input and maintain customer data while adhering to established processes and documentation standards
Adapt quickly to new procedures, system updates, and shifting priorities to meet business needs

Requirements:
Proven experience in customer service or call center environments
