Job Responsibility

Engage with customers to address inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide accurate information in a detail-oriented and empathetic manner
Navigate multiple systems and applications simultaneously to ensure efficient handling of customer requests
Identify and troubleshoot issues, offering solutions or escalating matters when necessary to ensure resolution
Accurately input and maintain customer data while adhering to established processes and documentation standards
Adapt quickly to new procedures, system updates, and shifting priorities to meet business needs
Collaborate effectively with team members and leadership to maintain a positive and productive work environment
Communicate clearly through active listening, verbal explanations, and written correspondence, including de-escalating challenging situations

Requirements

Proven experience in customer service or call center environments
Proficiency in using Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel to manage documentation and reports

Ability to navigate and use multiple systems and platforms efficiently
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
Strong verbal and written communication skills to handle customer interactions effectively
