Job Responsibility

  • Assist customers via phone and email with insurance-related questions and requests
  • Research and update policy information across multiple systems
  • Process customer and policy data with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Coordinate appointments, support account inquiries, and resolve issues promptly
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records

Requirements

  • 1+ year of customer service experience in a fast-paced call center or support environment
  • Confidence handling both inbound and outbound customer interactions
  • Strong data entry skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating multiple systems and screens at once
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and other business applications
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and successful in a remote work environment
