Requirements
1+ year of customer service experience in a fast-paced call center or support environment
Confidence handling both inbound and outbound customer interactions
Strong data entry skills with exceptional attention to detail
Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating multiple systems and screens at once
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and other business applications
Self-motivated, dependable, and successful in a remote work environment
