Customer Service Representative

• Provide prompt and attentive assistance to customers through phone and email channels
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues with accuracy and efficiency
• Support collection activities, including contacting customers regarding overdue accounts (training will be provided)
• Maintain accurate and organized records of customer interactions and transactions
• Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery
• Follow established procedures and guidelines to meet company standards
• Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity
• Assist in identifying and implementing improvements to customer service processes
• Communicate effectively with customers while maintaining a positive attitude
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to achieving department goals

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment
• Proficiency in managing email correspondence and phone communications
• Ability to learn and adapt to collection-related tasks, with training provided
• Bilingual proficiency in Chinese is highly preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Capacity to work well both independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to delivering high-quality service and ensuring customer satisfaction
