Job Responsibility:

Prepare and enter quotes, sales orders, and delivery requests with careful attention to customer specifications and order accuracy
Coordinate with sales, production, dispatch, and logistics partners to monitor order progress and keep customers informed
Resolve service issues, returns, and complaints with care while working toward timely and practical solutions
Maintain accurate documentation of customer communications, order activity, and feedback within company record systems
Assist with account-related follow-up and billing support when additional customer service attention is needed
Recognize opportunities to recommend related products or services that match customer requirements
Follow company expectations for workplace safety, attentive conduct, and service quality in all interactions
Requirements:
Previous experience in customer service, order management, or a related support role
Ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal departments in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail when handling quotes, orders, scheduling, and documentation
Comfortable coordinating logistics-related information and responding to delivery questions
Problem-solving skills with the ability to address concerns in a calm and detail-oriented manner
