We are looking for a bilingual Spanish-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this Contract to permanent position, you will deliver exceptional service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently. This role requires proficiency in customer communication and attention to detail, ensuring a positive experience for all clients.
Job Responsibility:
Respond promptly to inbound calls, addressing customer questions and concerns with professionalism
Manage outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries and ensure resolution
Process orders accurately and efficiently, maintaining high attention to detail
Utilize call center systems to document customer interactions and update records
Provide clear and concise information regarding products and services
Handle customer inquiries related to property and casualty insurance or personal lines licensing
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering quality service
Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance client experiences
Stay updated on company policies and relevant industry regulations
Resolve customer complaints in a timely and effective manner
Requirements:
Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is required
Previous experience in customer service, preferably within a call center environment
Familiarity with property and casualty insurance or personal lines licensing is highly preferred
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining quality service
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software or similar tools
