Job Responsibility:
Answer and manage incoming calls on a multi-line phone system, ensuring prompt and courteous communication
Organize and maintain files for efficient record-keeping and retrieval
Process and enter orders accurately into the system while adhering to company protocols
Provide assistance to customers with inquiries, resolving issues in a timely and detail-oriented manner
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless workflow and customer satisfaction
Uphold company standards by wearing the provided uniform shirt and adhering to dress code policies
Maintain a clean and organized workspace to support efficiency
Assist with other administrative tasks as needed to support daily operations
Communicate effectively with both customers and internal teams to relay important information
Requirements:
Experience with handling phone systems featuring 1-10 lines
Proficiency in filing and maintaining organized records
Familiarity with order entry processes and related software
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic environment
Reliable and punctual with a detail-oriented approach
Comfortable adhering to dress code policies, including wearing provided uniform shirts
Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles preferred
