Customer Service Representative

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, ensuring timely and accurate resolution
• Process orders and manage data entry tasks to maintain accurate customer records
• Collaborate with internal teams, including shipping, to ensure seamless order fulfillment
• Address customer concerns and provide effective solutions to meet their needs
• Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and attention to detail
• Maintain knowledge of company products and services to assist customers effectively
• Prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment while adhering to deadlines
• Utilize computer systems and tools proficiently to support customer service operations
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to foster loyalty
• Adapt to evolving customer needs and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or sales roles
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to address customer concerns effectively
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in computer systems and tools
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with handling inbound and outbound calls
• Previous experience with order entry and call center operations is a plus
