Handle a high volume of calls while maintaining quality and professionalism
Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services when appropriate

Requirements:
Prior experience in a call center or customer service role is essential
Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls with attention to detail
Strong skills in order entry and accurate data management
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
