Customer service representative

• Respond quickly and professionally to calls, chats and tickets according to customer parameters
• Develop in-depth knowledge of products and services to effectively inform customers
• Practice active listening, clarify information and defuse conflict situations when necessary
• Accurately document customer requests and solutions
• Provide exceptional and professional customer service
• Maintain established performance levels in a KPI-driven environment

• Quickly identify customer needs and propose appropriate solutions

• Bilingualism in French and English (spoken and written)
• Previous customer service or call center experience in the insurance industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• Excellent communication, listening and empathy skills
• Ability to manage several tasks simultaneously and optimize time
• Minimum 3 years' experience in the industry
