Job Description:

As a Customer Service Representative at Rainstorm Car Wash, you will be responsible for greeting customers, answering questions, explaining wash options, assisting at pay stations, fielding inquiries, guiding vehicles into the wash tunnel, and maintaining the car wash's condition. You will also perform cleaning tasks, follow dress and appearance codes, and adhere to OSHA safety guidelines.

Job Responsibility:

  • Greeting customers, answering questions, and explaining the wash options available
  • Standing at the pay stations and assisting every customer that comes through the wash
  • Fielding customer inquiries
  • Guiding customer vehicles into the wash tunnel
  • Upkeeping the condition of the car wash by performing cleaning tasks such as taking out the garbage, sweeping the lot, and using a pressure washer to clean the wash bay
  • Performing other duties and responsibilities as assigned
  • Reporting to work on time and following the dress and appearance code

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills including active listening
  • Excellent sales and customer service skills
  • Ability to anticipate customer needs
  • Ability to recommend different wash memberships to customers
  • Ability to work as a team
  • Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn a point of sales system
  • Strong work ethic and professional attitude
  • Customer service and some sales experience preferred
