Customer Service Representative

• Manage the full order cycle, from email receipt to shipping coordination
• Ensure rigorous follow-up on inventory levels and delivery timelines with warehouses
• Act as the primary point of contact to resolve non-conformities or logistical issues
• Collaborate closely with outside sales representatives and financial services
• Participate in occasional in-person client visits to deepen your technical knowledge
• Maintain an accurate database in compliance with strict industry regulations

• Perfectly bilingual in both oral and written communication (French and English)
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive and 'sharp' personality, endowed with an excellent sense of humor
• Previous experience in B2B customer service or administration (an asset)
