Job Responsibility:
Manage the full order cycle, from email receipt to shipping coordination
Ensure rigorous follow-up on inventory levels and delivery timelines with warehouses
Act as the primary point of contact to resolve non-conformities or logistical issues
Collaborate closely with outside sales representatives and financial services
Participate in occasional in-person client visits to deepen your technical knowledge
Maintain an accurate database in compliance with strict industry regulations
Requirements:
Perfectly bilingual in both oral and written communication (French and English)
Exceptional attention to detail
