We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Burlington, Massachusetts. In this role, you will handle inbound calls, assist customers with their inquiries, and ensure a seamless experience through accurate data entry and order processing. Job Responsibility:
Manage inbound customer calls with professionalism and efficiency
Address customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products and services

Requirements:
Proven experience in a call center or customer service role

Proficiency in data entry and maintaining accurate records

Familiarity with order entry processes and systems
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively within a team
High school diploma or equivalent required
