Airswift is currently looking for Customer Services Representative to work with our client an Oil and Gas EPC Company. The client is seeking a junior Customer Service Representative to support customer portfolio management and administrative operations across internal systems.
Job Responsibility:
Manage a portfolio of small business and local customers
Handle orders and enquiries via phone, email, and internal tools
Create customer accounts via internal systems
Process simple disputes in SAP
Manage generic mailboxes (Outlook & Oracle)
Prepare and send customer quotes
Support order issue resolution and price verification
Requirements:
Excellent written and spoken French
Previous customer service or administrative experience
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Good communication and listening skills
Team-oriented mindset
Proficiency with SAP, Oracle, and Microsoft Office
