We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Plano, Texas. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a high standard of attention to detail.
Job Responsibility:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various communication channels, ensuring clarity and accuracy in all interactions
Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve customer concerns or grievances in a timely manner
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company processes, products, and services to provide accurate information to customers
Escalate complex issues to appropriate leadership or departments while ensuring follow-up for resolution
Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in the system for future reference and quality assurance
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and legal requirements while delivering exceptional service
Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and share suggestions with leadership
Remain composed and attentive to detail when managing challenging customer situations or high volumes of inquiries
Assist other departments with customer-related tasks as needed to support overall business objectives
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent is required
a college degree is a plus
At least one year of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office/365 and the ability to quickly learn proprietary and vendor software
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare clear and concise correspondence
Demonstrated ability to listen actively, ask clarifying questions, and resolve issues effectively
Capable of handling stress and ambiguity in a fast-paced work environment
Proven track record of seeking collaborative, win-win solutions for customers and the organization
A commitment to learning and adapting to new processes and technologies as needed
