Customer Service Representative

• Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and efficiency
• Process customer orders accurately, ensuring all details are entered into the system correctly
• Address and resolve customer concerns, providing solutions or escalating issues when necessary
• Maintain a thorough understanding of company products and services to assist customers effectively
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and problem resolution
• Handle both inbound and outbound calls to support customer needs and follow-up on inquiries
• Document customer interactions and maintain records for reference and quality assurance
• Provide a positive customer experience by demonstrating patience, empathy, and a commitment to service excellence

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role
• Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls with a customer-focused approach
• Strong skills in order entry and maintaining accurate records
• Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Problem-solving skills with a proactive attitude toward resolving customer issues

Familiarity with the wood and furniture manufacturing industry is a plus
