Job Description:

Our customer, a trusted leader in the heating, ventilation and air conditioning industry, is looking for a motivated, hard-working individual to join its customer service team.

Job Responsibility:

Respond to customer needs by phone or e-mail
Enter customer orders from the profit center
Manage warranty files
Ability to handle different tasks at the same time
Solve problems related to customer orders
Handle customer returns
Manage daily purchases
All other administrative and related tasks

Requirements:

Post-secondary education an asset
Excellent customer service, interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
Strong ability to prioritize
Team spirit
Positive, results-oriented attitude
Ability to take initiative
Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
Ability to learn new systems quickly
Ability to work independently
Bilingual in French and English, with strong oral and written communication skills
