Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

Respond promptly to incoming calls and address customer inquiries with professionalism
Manage outbound calls to follow up on orders and resolve customer concerns
Process orders efficiently and accurately, ensuring all details are captured correctly
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
Deliver clear and concise information about products or services to customers
Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and streamline processes
Handle escalated issues sensitively and work toward effective resolutions
Stay informed about company policies and updates to provide accurate information
Support call center operations by adhering to established protocols and guidelines
Continuously identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and retention

Requirements:

Previous experience in customer service, ideally within a call center environment
Proficiency in managing inbound and outbound calls
Strong skills in order entry and data management
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting
Familiarity with customer service systems and tools
Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations
Commitment to maintaining high service standards and professionalism
