Job Responsibility:
Handle customer inquiries through a Salesforce-based case management system, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions
Collaborate with internal teams to research and address member and audience concerns effectively
Provide assistance to users navigating media content on smart speaker platforms such as Google Home, Apple Home Pod, and Amazon Alexa
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations
Uphold high standards of customer service, adhering to ethical practices and professionalism
Manage inbound and outbound calls to address customer needs and resolve issues
Perform order entry tasks with attention to detail and accuracy
Deliver clear and effective communication to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment
Proficiency in using Salesforce for case management and customer support
Strong skills in handling inbound and outbound calls professionally
Ability to assist customers with technical inquiries, particularly related to smart speaker platforms
Familiarity with order entry processes and data management
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of customer service best practices and ethical standards
