Job Responsibility:
Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a professional and compassionate manner
Provide accurate information and resources to callers regarding the non-profit’s programs and services
Document interactions and maintain up-to-date client records in the database
Handle sensitive information with empathy and confidentiality
Collaborate with team members to improve processes and service delivery
Escalate complex issues to supervisors or appropriate departments when necessary
Requirements:
Previous customer service or call center experience preferred
Experience working or volunteering with non-profit organizations is a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and remain organized in a busy environment
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn new systems quickly
High school diploma or equivalent required
