Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Pasadena, California. This Contract to permanent position is ideal for someone who excels in providing exceptional customer support and possesses strong data entry skills. You will play an integral role in ensuring customer satisfaction by managing orders, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining accurate records.

Job Responsibility:

Enter and update customer information accurately within the database
Process customer orders and verify order details for accuracy and completeness
Address and resolve customer complaints or inquiries in a timely and detail oriented manner
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met effectively
Generate and analyze reports on customer interactions and data to improve service
Assist with managing order discrepancies, style or size changes, and confirmations
Handle reorders, replacements, and special requests with attention to detail
Maintain updated records of customer transactions and account details
Support administrative tasks, including reception duties and swatch uploads
Assist with creating credit memos and handling invoice proof of delivery requests

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
an associate degree or higher is preferred
Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or data entry roles
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel
Exceptional typing speed and accuracy with strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Familiarity with customer service software or systems is advantageous
Ability to work independently and collaborate with team members seamlessly
