Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Maryland Heights, Missouri. In this long-term contract position, you will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and support. This opportunity is perfect for individuals with strong communication skills and a passion for assisting clients.

Job Responsibility:

  • Handle inbound calls professionally and provide accurate information to address customer inquiries
  • Manage outbound calls to follow up on customer concerns and ensure resolution
  • Process and input customer orders efficiently into the system
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy while performing order entry tasks
  • Resolve issues or complaints by providing solutions and escalating when necessary
  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes
  • Keep detailed and organized records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during all customer interactions
  • Continuously develop knowledge about company products and services to assist customers effectively

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls
  • Ability to perform accurate data entry and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Familiarity with order processing systems and tools
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure
