We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team in Plano, TX. The Customer Service Representative will play a key role in delivering excellent service, supporting client needs, and ensuring satisfaction across all customer interactions.
Job Responsibility:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and courteous manner
Resolve customer issues, answer questions, and provide accurate information about products and services
Document all customer interactions and update records in the company’s CRM or database systems
Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues and escalate as necessary
Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately
Maintain a positive attitude and represent the company’s values in every customer interaction
Meet or exceed established performance metrics and quality standards
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required
associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
1+ years of experience in a customer service or call center environment
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and able to learn new software quickly
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
