Job Responsibility:
Interact with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide timely solutions and support
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Collaborate cross-functionally with team members to resolve complex issues
Recommend process improvements to enhance the customer experience
Uphold company values with professionalism and empathy in every interaction
Requirements:
Previous customer service experience preferred
strong communication and problem-solving skills required
Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
High school diploma or equivalent required
associate’s/bachelor’s degree is an asset
Nice to have:
Certified Customer Service Professional (CCSP) or other industry certifications are a plus
