Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in St. Louis. This is a long-term contract hybrid position that requires a proactive individual with strong communication and organizational abilities. The role involves supporting customers, managing accounts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and effectively
  • Manage customer accounts, including order entry and account updates, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards
  • Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate smooth workflows and maintain high-quality service
  • Process billing functions and accounts receivable tasks, utilizing ERP solutions and Oracle systems
  • Generate reports and maintain records to support data-driven decision-making
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel and Outlook for efficient data entry and communication
  • Uphold quality standards and ensure customer satisfaction through effective phone etiquette and timely follow-ups
  • Apply knowledge of medical coverage and billing principles to assist customers with relevant inquiries
  • Identify opportunities for improving processes and contribute to team efficiency
  • Support sales activities by providing accurate information and maintaining customer trust

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer service, demonstrating strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in data entry, order management, and account handling
  • Familiarity with billing functions, accounts receivable processes, and medical coverage principles
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Oracle, and ERP solutions
  • Ability to generate reports and maintain accurate records
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of customer satisfaction principles and quality standards
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and adapt to dynamic environments
