Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in St. Louis. This is a long-term contract hybrid position that requires a proactive individual with strong communication and organizational abilities. The role involves supporting customers, managing accounts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Job Responsibility:

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and effectively
Manage customer accounts, including order entry and account updates, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards
Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate smooth workflows and maintain high-quality service
Process billing functions and accounts receivable tasks, utilizing ERP solutions and Oracle systems
Generate reports and maintain records to support data-driven decision-making
Utilize Microsoft Excel and Outlook for efficient data entry and communication
Uphold quality standards and ensure customer satisfaction through effective phone etiquette and timely follow-ups
Apply knowledge of medical coverage and billing principles to assist customers with relevant inquiries
Identify opportunities for improving processes and contribute to team efficiency
Support sales activities by providing accurate information and maintaining customer trust

Requirements:

Proven experience in customer service, demonstrating strong communication and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in data entry, order management, and account handling
Familiarity with billing functions, accounts receivable processes, and medical coverage principles
Experience using Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Oracle, and ERP solutions
Ability to generate reports and maintain accurate records
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Knowledge of customer satisfaction principles and quality standards
Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and adapt to dynamic environments
