Based in our clients; vibrant Murray Street office, you will be the first point of contact for our business customers. This is a high-volume, fast-paced role where you will handle back-to-back calls, ensuring every customer receives exceptional service.
Job Responsibility:
Handling general banking enquiries
Assisting with business card queries
Managing and resolving customer complaints with empathy and efficiency
Requirements:
Background in retail, hospitality, or any face-to-face/phone-based customer service
Ability to handle high call volumes and stay calm under pressure
A desire to learn and develop within a supportive corporate environment
Must be available to attend an assessment centre on Thursday, 15th January (9:00 AM – 12:00 PM or 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM)
