Job Responsibility:
Process customer orders with precision to ensure accuracy and timely delivery
Address and resolve customer inquiries while delivering exceptional support

Coordinate shipments and monitor their progress to provide updates to customers
Verify and update customer information to ensure data integrity
Handle incoming calls and manage both inbound and outbound communication effectively
Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes
Monitor delivery schedules and proactively resolve any logistical issues
Ensure customer satisfaction by following up on resolved issues
Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance overall service quality
Requirements:
Proven experience in customer service or call center roles
Ability to manage order entry with a high degree of accuracy
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Experience handling inbound and outbound calls efficiently
Familiarity with coordinating shipments and tracking deliveries
Competence in data entry and maintaining organized records
