Job Responsibility:
Handle incoming customer inquiries with professionalism and provide prompt resolutions to their concerns

Manage both inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer needs effectively
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Provide product and service information to customers in a clear and concise manner
Resolve complaints and escalate issues when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction
Prioritize tasks to meet performance metrics and deadlines
Continuously improve knowledge of company policies and procedures to enhance service quality
Support the team in achieving customer service goals and objectives
Requirements:
Previous experience in call center or customer service roles is required
Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally
Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls
Ability to perform accurate order entry and maintain detailed records
Problem-solving skills to address customer concerns effectively
Capability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Familiarity with customer service software or tools is preferred
