We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Waukesha, Wisconsin. In this Contract to permanent position, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and processing orders efficiently. Job Responsibility

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries with professionalism and provide prompt resolutions to their concerns
  • Process customer orders accurately while maintaining attention to detail
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and customer service delivery
  • Manage both inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer needs effectively
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Provide product and service information to customers in a clear and concise manner
  • Resolve complaints and escalate issues when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Prioritize tasks to meet performance metrics and deadlines
  • Continuously improve knowledge of company policies and procedures to enhance service quality
  • Support the team in achieving customer service goals and objectives

Requirements

  • Previous experience in call center or customer service roles is required
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally
  • Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls
  • Ability to perform accurate order entry and maintain detailed records
  • Problem-solving skills to address customer concerns effectively
  • Capability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Familiarity with customer service software or tools is preferred
  • High level of organization and ability to multitask under pressure
