Our client, a healthcare company, is hiring 2-3 customer service professionals to join their team! If you have 2+ years of experience and enjoy creating and building relationships, apply today!

Job Responsibility

  • Coordinate and accept all patient orders, ensuring financial and therapy qualifications
  • Provide exceptional customer service with professional phone etiquette
  • Review and qualify orders according to Medicare, Medi-Cal, and contracted payer guidelines
  • Collaborate with clinical staff for complex patient orders
  • Work with Distribution Manager to ensure timely deliveries and address service failures
  • Support departments with strong communication skills and accurate documentation
  • Monitor daily and weekly intake reports, open order reports, and participate in Performance Improvement activities
  • Respond to customer complaints and track for quality improvement
  • Support organizational goals, policies, and shipping processes for medical supplies

Requirements

  • Attention to detail, strong analytical and problem-solving ability
  • Effective teamwork, oral and written communication skills
  • Experience with inbound/outbound call management (call center preferred)
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adaptability to changing environments
  • Knowledge of Medicare, Medi-Cal, and private insurance highly desired

  • clearly explain products and services within the scope of the client's regulatory classification as an 'information only' provider, avoiding advice or guidance
  • carry out all aspects of mortgage account administration, including completions, redemptions, payments, product transfers, lease extensions, and general enquiries
  • prepare and send standard or dictated customer correspondence, including handling lost account enquiries
  • perform cashiering duties at Head Office, including opening, closing, amending, and processing transactions on savings accounts using internal systems
  • manage changes to customer and account information such as address updates, notice requests, and nominated bank account amendments
  • administer ISA transfers and assist with account registration procedures
  • support other departments as required, such as Loans Underwriting and the New Business Team
