• Manage interactions with clients, whether by phone, email, or chat, ensuring clear and effective communication
• Provide real-time updates on the status of deliveries and offer solutions tailored to the customers' needs
• Use internal systems to manage customer information and track deliveries accurately
• Resolve complaints professionally, handling even difficult situations calmly and efficiently
• Work closely with dispatch teams, drivers, and warehouses to ensure optimal delivery coordination

• Proficiency in both French and English required to interact with clients and English-speaking partners in Canada
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong attention to detail and ability to quickly resolve problems
• Good command of computer tools, CRM software, and logistics platforms
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage customer frustration effectively
• Previous experience in customer service or logistics is a plus
