Job Responsibility:
Respond to customer inquiries and provide clear information regarding pricing, delivery schedules, and other details
Assist in setting up new customer accounts and ensuring all necessary documentation is completed
Maintain a detail-oriented and supportive approach during all interactions to foster positive relationships
Process customer orders accurately in the system and coordinate with internal departments as needed
Review expedited orders to ensure compliance with company guidelines before approval
Provide required documentation, including specification sheets, drawings, and certifications
Update and manage data across multiple customer portals to ensure accurate records
Upload essential documents such as order confirmations and shipping details to relevant systems
Monitor data quality and address discrepancies to prevent downstream issues
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
Proficiency in handling customer inquiries and managing order entries
Skilled in answering inbound and outbound calls with a focus on professionalism
Experience working with purchase orders and processing high-volume data entries
Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy in all tasks
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple customer portals and maintain organized records
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
Capacity to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
