Job Description:

Are you passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences? If so, we are seeking an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team and become a cornerstone of our success.

Job Responsibility:

Provide exceptional service by answering customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, or in person
Resolve product or service issues by identifying the root cause, clarifying information, researching solutions, and following up to ensure resolution
Assist with processing orders, tracking shipments, and handling returns or exchanges
Stay up-to-date on the company’s products, services, policies, and procedures to provide accurate and comprehensive support
Accurately record customer interactions and resolutions in the company’s CRM system
Liaise with internal departments to escalate and resolve complex issues
Ensure customer satisfaction by following up on pending issues, gathering feedback, and suggesting improvements based on customer insights

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience in customer service or a related field is a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms

Nice to have:

Empathy and patience when dealing with customers
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Resilience and adaptability in handling challenging or high-pressure situations
