We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support a high-volume service environment in Tennessee. This Long-term Contract position focuses on delivering attentive assistance to customers, handling incoming inquiries with care, and ensuring accurate order processing. Job Responsibility
Provide regular updates on enrollment progress to clients, sales teams, and project stakeholders
Serve as a point of contact between vendors and clients to resolve payment concerns and discuss terms
Address vendor objections with effective communication and alternative solutions
Handle a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls in a professional and timely manner
Utilize multiple systems and tools to navigate accounts and support vendors efficiently
Maintain clear, professional communication across customers, internal teams, and leadership
Identify opportunities to promote additional services or solutions when appropriate
Route calls or inquiries to the appropriate departments as needed
Deliver accurate account details quickly in a fast-paced environment
Collaborate with team members while demonstrating strong interpersonal skills
Multitask effectively—listening, documenting, problem-solving, and navigating systems simultaneously
Complete additional duties as assigned to support business needs
Requirements
Prior experience in customer service or call center support is required
Ability to manage inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and confidence
Strong data entry and order entry skills with close attention to detail
Clear verbal and written communication skills for interacting with customers and internal teams
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple tasks accurately
Proficiency in standard computer systems and the ability to learn new tools quickly
