We are looking for a dependable Customer Service Representative to join a service-focused team in Charleston South Carolina. This role is 2nd shift 4pm-12am with a rotating schedule of 4 days on 2 days off. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, managing high-volume communication, and maintaining accuracy in fast-paced administrative work. The role requires strong attendance, flexibility to work a rotating schedule that includes weekends and holidays, and a sharp eye for detail when handling frequent data entry and order-related tasks.
Job Responsibility:
Respond to incoming customer calls with professionalism, providing timely support and clear information
Enter customer information, service details, and order updates accurately while maintaining a high level of data quality
Assist with order entry activities and confirm that records are complete and properly documented
Handle both inbound and outbound communication as needed to resolve customer questions and follow up on requests
Maintain reliable attendance and consistently support a rotating schedule that includes weekend and holiday coverage
Identify customer concerns efficiently and take appropriate action to ensure a positive service experience
Keep account and transaction details organized while following established service and documentation procedures
Requirements:
Previous experience in customer service, call center support, or a similar client-facing role
Ability to work a rotating schedule, including weekends and holidays
Strong dependability and consistent punctuality in attendance and shift coverage
High level of accuracy and attention to detail in a data entry-intensive environment
Experience handling inbound calls and managing customer interactions professionally
Familiarity with order entry processes and updating customer records
