Customer Service Representative

• Engage with customers to provide information about products and assist with order inquiries
• Process and input customer orders accurately into the system
• Act as a floater to support various administrative and operational tasks as needed
• Collaborate with distributors to ensure timely processing and delivery of orders
• Handle inbound and outbound calls to address customer needs and resolve issues
• Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity for all transactions
• Utilize numerical skills to calculate order details and verify information
• Monitor schedules and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines efficiently
• Communicate effectively with team members and customers to ensure smooth operations

• Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or order entry environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in all tasks
• Proficiency in handling numerical data and performing calculations
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
• Familiarity with order processing systems is a plus
• Positive attitude and adaptability in a dynamic work environment
