We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support a non-profit organization in Beloit, Wisconsin. The person in this role will serve as a key point of contact for callers while also managing order-related tasks and maintaining a high standard of service.
Job Responsibility
Respond to incoming calls with professionalism, provide clear information, and address questions or concerns in a timely manner
Assist customers with order entry activities, ensuring details are entered accurately and processed efficiently
Deliver courteous support across call center interactions while maintaining a positive and service-focused approach
Handle both inbound and outbound communication as needed to confirm information, follow up on requests, or resolve outstanding issues
Document customer interactions and updates thoroughly to support accurate recordkeeping and service continuity
Identify customer needs quickly and guide each interaction toward an effective and satisfactory resolution
Work closely with team members and internal departments to ensure service requests and order-related matters are completed correctly
Requirements
Previous experience in customer service, call center support, or a similar client-facing environment
Ability to manage inbound calls efficiently while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail
Experience with order entry or processing transactions with a high degree of accuracy
Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with a diverse customer base
Comfortable handling both inbound and outbound calls as part of daily responsibilities
Proficiency in basic computer systems and data entry tasks
Ability to stay organized, prioritize multiple requests, and work effectively in a fast-paced setting
