We are looking for an attentive and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative in Blaine, Minnesota. In this role, you will play a key part in managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients. This is a contract-to-permanent position that offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where collaboration and excellent service are highly valued.
Job Responsibility:
Respond promptly and professionally to a variety of customer inquiries regarding transactions, products, and services
Resolve disputes and address complaints with a focus on customer satisfaction
Collaborate with internal teams such as engineering, procurement, production, quality, sales, and shipping to ensure timely delivery and service
Act as a liaison for technical support, providing basic assistance and guidance on products and services
Verify and clarify order details, pricing, and shipping methods to ensure accuracy
Maintain and organize documentation to support customer transactions and communications
Utilize Microsoft Office Suite tools, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, to manage daily tasks effectively
Prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment
Communicate clearly and professionally in both verbal and written formats
Identify and troubleshoot technical issues, offering solutions to customers as needed
Requirements:
Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within a call center environment
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
Strong ability to handle inbound and outbound calls effectively
Skilled in data entry and order processing with high attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build rapport with customers and team members
Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to address technical issues
Capability to schedule appointments and manage time efficiently
Nice to have:
Spanish language proficiency is a plus, but not required
