Job Responsibility:
Respond to a large number of inbound calls each day while providing timely, courteous, and solution-oriented support
Assist customers with questions and concerns by listening carefully, addressing issues clearly, and maintaining a calm demeanor during difficult conversations
Upload and organize documents in the appropriate files with close attention to accuracy and completeness
Balance phone coverage, documentation, and follow-up tasks efficiently in a fast-moving work environment
Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent service levels and smooth daily operations
Handle escalated or frustrated callers with empathy, patience, and professionalism
Use office software and phone systems to document interactions and complete routine administrative tasks
Requirements:
At least 2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced office or call-heavy environment
Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume inbound calls, including handling more than 100 calls per day
Experience working with multi-line phone systems in a structured setting
Strong multitasking skills with the ability to switch between calls, documentation, and file updates accurately
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Word
Clear communication style with a positive, team-oriented approach
Ability to remain composed, empathetic, and effective when speaking with upset customers
