Customer Service Representative

• Respond to inbound customer calls and provide accurate information regarding products and services
• Process customer orders promptly and ensure all details are correctly entered into the system
• Address and resolve customer concerns, escalating issues to the appropriate department when necessary
• Route calls to the correct internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Utilize CRM tools, such as Salesforce or SAP, to manage customer interactions and maintain accurate records
• Deliver attentive and courteous service to both B2B and B2C customers
• Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and ensure timely resolutions
• Maintain knowledge of company products and services to provide informed solutions
• Support the manufacturing industry by understanding specific customer requirements and delivering tailored assistance

• Proven experience in a call center or customer service role
• Familiarity with order entry processes and managing inbound calls
• Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce or SAP
• Experience handling both B2B and B2C customer interactions
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to escalate issues appropriately
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently

Knowledge of the manufacturing industry is preferred
