We are looking for an experienced and welcoming Customer Service Representative to support daily front-desk operations in California. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, creating a positive visitor experience, and handling a variety of administrative tasks in an onsite setting. The right candidate will be comfortable balancing customer-facing responsibilities with behind-the-scenes coordination while maintaining a detail-oriented approach throughout the day.
Job Responsibility:
Welcome visitors warmly, assess their needs, and connect them with the appropriate sales representative or team member
Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring calendars remain organized and guest visits are handled efficiently
Maintain a hospitable front-office experience by offering refreshments such as snacks and bottled water to guests
Support day-to-day administrative assignments, including general office coordination and special projects as needed
Contact food truck vendors to request pricing, compare options, and gather information for onsite planning purposes
Monitor communications and respond promptly to inquiries using email, calendar tools, and other office systems
Keep reception and guest areas orderly, detail-oriented, and ready to receive visitors throughout the day
Requirements:
At least 1 year of customer service experience in a detail-oriented or public-facing environment
Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine interest in helping visitors and supporting a positive customer experience
Comfortable working onsite and interacting with a high volume of guests in a customer-focused setting
Adaptable and flexible, with the ability to manage changing priorities and a variety of daily tasks
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and the ability to learn or use Salesforce effectively
General technical confidence and comfort navigating office software and digital communication tools
Ability to follow a business dress code, including neat attire and closed-toe shoes
