Job Description:

We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative at our location in Brevard, North Carolina. In this role, you will be assisting customers through both incoming and outgoing calls, providing information about our products and services, and ensuring all customer interactions are handled in a detail oriented and courteous manner.

Job Responsibility:

Accurately process customer inquiries and orders
Handle new customer enrollment
Efficiently manage customer requests
Respond to customer questions and resolve any issues they may have
Update all relevant records in our systems
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our policies, procedures, and the skills necessary to perform your duties
Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of our product offerings
Foster positive working relationships with customers and colleagues
Utilize your computer skills and knowledge of applications and systems
Support the Department’s Leadership Team in achieving departmental goals

Requirements:

Proven experience in Answering Inbound Calls in a detail-oriented manner
Prior experience in a Call Center Customer Service role
Exceptional Customer Service skills
Proficiency in Data Entry
Capability to manage Email Correspondence effectively and efficiently
Experience in handling both Inbound and Outbound Calls
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Knowledge of Microsoft Word
Experience in Order Entry
Ability to Schedule Appointments effectively
