Ready to launch your career with a global brand? We’re looking for German, Italian, French and Czech speakers (B2+) to join a Customer Service team in Warsaw. You’ll be part of a company with strong values and a real purpose that believes in building real, lasting relationships. No experience required, we're hiring for potential and will teach you everything you need.

Job Responsibility:

Be the main contact for B2B customers (big companies that buy our client's products)
Handle the entire customer journey (check future orders (forecasts), process current orders, work with logistics team to ensure on-time delivery)
Be a problem-solver for customer questions or issues, find solutions and work with other teams (sales, supply) to fix them fast
Build relationships and make the customer experience amazing
Use modern digital tools

Requirements:

Advanced knowledge of German, Italian, French or Czech & English (min. B2)
Eligibility to live and work in Poland
Proactive attitude with ability to quickly adapt to new situations
Problem solving mindset
Willingness to work with customers and building long-term relations
Customer focus and effective communication skills

Nice to have:

Previous experience in Customer Service / Order Management

Consistently work towards meeting or exceeding loan goals
Process insurance claims, follow-ups and payments on a daily basis, and keep an updated insurance log
Provide top-tier customer service through daily transactions, customer inquiries and problem resolution
Handle incoming phone calls and check the branch's voicemail regularly
Demonstrate the organization's philosophy and core values through strong communication and customer relations skills
