Job Responsibility:
Accurate processing, monitoring, and acknowledgement of customer orders and quotations within the system
Ensuring orders are placed timely and accurately, meeting customer and operational lead-time requirements, while actively participating in process improvements
Managing customer pricing, including maintaining updated price lists, recording special promotions, and ensuring approvals for variances
Processing credits/debits and handling invoice queries in SAP and customer portals
Providing telephone support and addressing product-related queries
Supporting the sales force platform and managing email activity promptly
Conducting weekly revenue risk reporting and attending internal functional meetings to stay aligned with team goals
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in business or a related field, or equivalent experience
Proficiency in English and German, with knowledge of Dutch considered a plus
Minimum of 4-6 years of successful experience in a customer-focused role
Strong oral and written communication skills, demonstrating interpersonal flexibility
Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
Strong organisational skills with a proven ability to prioritize tasks based on business needs
Reputation for exercising good judgement and being results-focused and attentive to quality
Proficiency in digital literacy, including excellent knowledge of Excel and MS Word
Strong numeracy skills, particularly related to data integrity
Working knowledge of SAP or similar order management systems
