Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team on a long-term contract basis. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring their inquiries are handled efficiently and professionally. This position is based in Madison, Wisconsin, and provides an excellent opportunity to build meaningful relationships while delivering exceptional service.

Job Responsibility:

Respond promptly to incoming customer inquiries via phone, ensuring a positive and helpful experience
Handle both inbound and outbound calls professionally and courteously
Accurately process and input customer orders into the system
Resolve customer concerns by identifying solutions and providing clear communication
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer service delivery
Stay informed about company products and services to provide accurate information
Follow established protocols and procedures to meet performance standards

Requirements:

Proven experience in a call center or customer service role

Ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining quality service
Problem-solving skills to address customer issues promptly and effectively
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
Comfort with both inbound and outbound call handling
