We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina. This Contract to permanent position requires a reliable individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment while handling customer inquiries and data entry tasks. The role involves working on a 7am-3pm rotating schedule, including weekends and holidays.
Job Responsibility:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries through inbound and outbound calls
Accurately process orders and maintain detailed records in the system
Deliver exceptional service by addressing customer needs and resolving issues effectively
Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent customer satisfaction
Manage heavy data entry tasks with precision and attention to detail
Adapt to a rotating schedule, including holiday and weekend shifts
Uphold company standards by maintaining professionalism in all interactions
Provide accurate information about products and services to customers
Follow established procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency
Identify opportunities to improve processes and support team goals
Requirements:
Proven experience in customer service or call center environments
Strong data entry skills with a focus on accuracy
