We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to serve as a key point of contact for customers. This role is responsible for providing exceptional service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Job Responsibility:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person in a timely and professional manner
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, policies, and procedures
Resolve customer concerns, complaints, or issues while maintaining a positive and solutions-oriented approach
Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in internal systems
Process orders, returns, exchanges, or account updates as needed
Escalate complex issues to appropriate internal teams when necessary
Follow established procedures and customer service standards
Contribute to a positive team environment and support departmental goals
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required

Previous customer service or call center experience preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to handle high-volume interactions while maintaining professionalism
Proficiency with basic computer systems
CRM or call center software experience a plus
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
