As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for residential clients, helping guide them through their journey. You'll work closely with a small, dedicated team and the Sales & Marketing Manager to turn inquiries into successful outcomes.
Job Responsibility:
Handle incoming calls and email enquiries with professionalism and care
Guide clients through our free identification service
Provide tailored advice to convert enquiries into survey bookings
Follow up on proposals to secure confirmed instructions
Set up new projects in MS Dynamics CRM, assign consultants, raise invoices, and process payments
Draft standard residential management plans
Support the Sales & Marketing Manager with research and admin tasks
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years' experience working in a customer services/ Sales Support
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational and planning abilities
Proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics and general office software
